Student initiative brings safe drinking water to local school

A water purifying plant, procured with funds raised by a group of Academy students, was inaugurated on Wednesday 7th March at Mammidpalli’s Zilla Parishad High School.

Academy students visited a senior citizens' home and a boys' orphanage as part of the CAS program, coming away with an understanding of issues facing both these communities, and an eagerness to tackle them.

Entrepreneurship Club in top form

The Academy's Entrepreneurship Club hosted their second successful event on 4th February. The festivities were part of a CAS project to raise money for future service efforts and also to give students organising and management exposure.

KITE 2016 – The First Telangana International Kite Festival to be Hosted by the Academy!

On 14 and 15 January 2016, a first-of-its-kind kite festival will take place at the Aga Khan Academy, Hyderabad campus, bringing hundreds together to celebrate the rich tapestry of kites, craft and culture of the Deccan region, while raising awareness about the education and empowerment of the girl child.
