Reaching the Everest Base Camp is a once-in-a-lifetime achievement, and it takes a great deal of preparation. The students were prepared for freezing weather and had the equipment to hike great distances at high altitudes.

Working for animal welfare with Blue Cross of Hyderabad

The Blue Cross of Hyderabad is a registered non-profit organisation recognised by the Animal Welfare Board of India. As part of their CAS, students at the Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad regularly volunteer at the Blue Cross of Hyderabad to support the animals' welfare.
