Meet Seaam Bin Masud, facilities and maintenance manager

Seaam Bin Masud was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh and is the facilities and maintenance manager at the Aga Khan Academy Dhaka. Seaam has worked in the field of operations across various local and international organisations, including Chevron, Robi Axiata Limited, and Banglalink Digital Communications Limited.  

Seaam said he aspires to achieve the mission and vision of the Aga Khan Academies by contributing more to the effective and efficient delivery of operational goals while ensuring a comfortable environment for everyone. 

“I want to develop an organisational function which integrates people, places and processes within the Academy,” Seaam said.“To ensure smooth operations across these key components, I am working with my team and providing support to keep all facilities up and running. It will enable us to improve the quality of life and the productivity of the core operation.” 

Seaam is a big admirer of the Academy’s Maidan.  

“In my opinion, the best part of the Academy so far is the beautiful Maidan,” Seaam said. “It offers a lush green landscape and is complemented by the surrounding red brick infrastructures.”
