Junior School Pied Piper Production Plays Into the Heart of the Audience
On 19 and 20 March 2015, the Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa’s Junior School held two spectacular performances of The Pied Piper.
The event was the product of an incredible effort by the entire Junior School body, as well as parents, external experts, and Senior School volunteers who came in to make the play extra special.
The students and teachers spent months rehearsing for the production, one that involved every single student in the Junior School, from the principal speaking roles to the smaller parts that brought the play to life on stage. The countless hours spent on wardrobe and make-up were also evident in the brilliant production value, and the audience couldn’t help but tap their feet and clap their hands to the catchy musical numbers featured.
Congratulations, Junior School! We hope to see another great production from you next year!
