News from the Grade 2 Watamu Trip
On Monday, February 16th, students from 2A and 2K went on a trip to the Watamu Snake Park. They had great fun observing and holding the snakes.
One student commented "we are here in our learning journey as 'caring' students".
They learnt that most snakes use their skin colour as an adaptation feature to hide from their enemies and catch prey.
At the Watamu Turtle Watch, the students learnt many things and were able to ask lots of questions about turtles and their habits.
Thank you to all for making this such a wonderful day!
