Voices for Change Dominate at Coast Regional Music Festival

The Coast Regional Music Festival, held at Taita Taveta University in Voi, culminated on 3^rd July, 2015, with the Aga Khan Academy, Mombasa’s Voices for Change emerging head and shoulders over the rest of the participants.

The choir was well represented in the solo, duet, trio, quartet and small choir groups in both the primary and secondary categories, and they managed to bag one runner-up and an incredible ten first position accolades!

This astounding achievement comes on the tails of Voices for Change’s highly acclaimed performance on national TV last month, and their success at this stage of the Festival secures them a spot in the Kenya National Music Festival to be held in Kisumu from 2^nd to 12^th August 2015.
