Visual arts trip to Kochi Biennale - 17-19 February 2017
9 selected DP1 visual arts students are visiting the renowned contemporary art festival in Kochi this weekend to experience 'identity and self' through art, and hone their curatorial practice.

3 US universities - Temple, Northeastern and Pace, as well as IE University from Spain will be conducting information sessions for DP students and parents in AB basement.
Academy Showcase Week Hitec City kick-off event: 6-9pm, Tuesday 14 March @ Phoenix Arena
Visual and performance arts in action! A curated art exhibition on display and a multilingual play by IB MYP students, adapted from a short story by Vaikom Mohammad Basheer. All are welcome!
Fred Roberts Photography Workshops: Wednesday 22 March – 1 April 2017
World renowned photographer Fred Roberts is on his 2nd visit to conduct an advanced workshop for ten 2016 graduates and a beginners’ workshop for 10 Academy and 10 government school students.

Entrepreneurship Day - 10:30am, Wednesday 26 April
Grade 3 celebrates learning from their Economics unit by having stalls showcasing small businesses they have started themselves, at the Junior School Library. Parents, students and staff are welcome to attend!

Grade 5 overnight stay – Friday 2 June
To celebrate their last day in the PYP and in acknowledgement of their stellar performance through the year, grade 5 students will sleep over at the Academy to enjoy games, swimming, movies and a lot more!
