World media giant ITN is profiling the Academies as one of 12 educational institutions from around the world as part of the IBO 50th anniversary celebrations. Students and staff will be involved in interviews and filming.

Enrichment celebration: 2-4:30pm, Thursday 5th October
Showcasing learning from the last half-term's enrichment cycle through exhibits, performances and various activities! Open to all students, faculty and staff.
‘Human Library’…an experience of living books and storytelling – Wed 1 November
11am-1pm, Student Lounge. Grade 6 celebrates oral storytelling through a global movement. Borrow humans as a living book, listen to their stories and interact with them.
Budding chefs to participate in cooking competition
Three Academy students will take part in the preliminary round of the F9 Kitchen Junior Chef on Saturday 11 Nov. We wish them all the best!
"Dragon Days" - Junior School Musical, 2pm, Friday 1st December
A hilarious musical involving grades 1-5 students about a mythical creature in a pretty alpine town, performed in the library for Junior School parents & staff.
Hogwarts-inspired Yule Ball – 5:30-9pm, Saturday 2nd December
Harry Potter fans of grade 8A are spreading love of reading and fantasy worlds in the Student Lounge with magical snacks, games, merchandise and music. All proceeds go to service activities!
Hour of Code: 4th - 10th December
Grades 1-12 students & all staff will be given the time and opportunity to create their own fully functional computer programme during Computer Science Education Week!
