This is Abdirahman, a student at the Aga Khan Academy Mombasa. During his time at the Academy, he explored his wide-ranging abilities and developed an initiative that helped change the lives of young girls in Mombasa.
Upcoming interschool sports competitions
The Academy students are participating in interschool U-19 basketball and age 12-18 swimming competitions from 24th – 26th August, 2016 at Oakridge International School. We wish them luck!
Science Workshop by visiting Australian educator
1pm, Tuesday 30th August, 2016: Physics, chemistry & biology lectures with practical demonstrations by internationally renowned science educator Dr Ken Silburn for Academy Senior School students and staff, thanks to AusTrade and the Australian High Commission in Mumbai.

Academy Junior and Senior School parents are invited to individual consultations with Grade Leaders and Subject Teachers from 8:30am - 4:00pm to update on first semester student progress for 2016-17.
Children's Day - 14 November 2016
Magic shows and piñatas in Academy Junior School, and a variety show with dance, drama and music performed by Academy Senior School faculty for students. A fitting celebration of & for children and their education on Nehru's birthday!
