Student initiative brings safe drinking water to local school

A water purifying plant, procured with funds raised by a group of Academy students, was inaugurated on Wednesday 7th March at Mammidpalli’s Zilla Parishad High School.

Summer vacation - 12th-25th March 2018

We wish our faculty and students a refreshing holiday after this action-packed term! Admissions Office will remain open and available for enquiries, tours and assessments. 

Swimming Gala - 8:30am, Friday 9th March

Junior School has their gala between 9:00-10:45am, Senior School follows with races between 11:15 - 1:15pm. Good luck to all our swimmers! 

Academy Focus Day - "DP Focus Day" - Thursday 8th March

Kicking off with the annual DP Visual Arts Exhibition inauguration at 9am, followed by an Indian university fair between 11am-1pm. Information sessions and campus tours available on request. Open to all!

Evening culture fest - Wednesday 7th March

Choir and musical performance @ 545pm followed by English play "Amma Mia!", an original adaptation of the iconic Broadway musical "Mamma Mia" at 7pm, amphitheatre. Open to all!

PYP Focus Day: grade 5 annual PYP exhibition inauguration at 9am, unit celebrations in grades 1-4, choir performance at 2:30pm. Click here for the full schedule!

Technology-meets-service initiative - through robots!

The Academy held a day-long robotics workshop and tournament for 48 grade 6 students from seven nearby government schools on Saturday, 24th February.

Imtiyaz Hariyani (Class of 2014): From Hyderabad to Abu Dhabi and beyond

Imtiyaz Hariyani credits the Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad with giving him more than just the academic skills he needs to succeed at the undergraduate level. “The spirit that the Academy embedded in me has allowed me to emerge as a global scholar with the support of my family and lifelong friends that I made in Hyderabad and elsewhere,” he explains.
