Grade 8A's Assembly on Leadership

“A leader is the one that knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”

The Grade 8As conducted an assembly on leadership and the roles and responsibilities a leader holds. We presented entertaining role plays, where the students acted as leaders for various political parties.

Through one role play, we discussed various political issues and ethics (example – bribing or saying the truth). In another role play, we demonstrated how a leader is chosen by the people. Various interesting quotes related to leadership were also shared.

We chose this topic because we wanted to show what qualities are needed to become a great leader.
