The Certificate in Educational Leadership is a specialized programme for school leaders focused on developing leadership skills in teaching and learning and effective classroom practice.
Its key aims are to foster in each participant a capacity for improved school leadership, as well as a capacity for pedagogical leadership, which, in turn, facilitate teacher and student learning within a collaborative culture and environment. In particular, the course helps participants develop skills for successful planning and implementation of school improvement initiatives.
According to the Ambassador of the Aga Khan Development Network, Nazim Ahmad, graduates will play an important role and a positive catalyst to the schools where they work.
