Science experiments in our MYP class

Our year 7 students are doing experiments in their science class about mixtures, types of mixtures and methods of separating mixtures. Their current unit is about the periodic table and they are looking at substances and elements. The main objectives of these experiments are to mix different substances and to identify the type of mixture and the method to separate that mixture.

Na aula de ciências, os alunos do 7º Ano estão a fazer experiências sobre misturas, tipos de misturas e métodos de separar as misturas. A sua presente unidade de investigação é a Tabela Periódica, estando debruçados sobre os elementos e as substâncias. O objectivo principal é misturar diferentes substâncias e identificar o tipo de mistura e o método para separar essa mistura.
