Congratulations to our alumna, Karishma Bhagani for winning a prestigious research grant!

Joshua Abuto (Class of 2016): Wanting to make a difference

Joshua Abuto tells an inspiring and promising tale of what drives him to sustain his vision of making a difference in the lives of his fellow citizens in Kenya. A 2016 graduate of the Aga Khan Academy Mombasa, Joshua is currently in his second year at the University of Texas at Arlington on a scholarship where he is studying computer science and engineering.

Celebrating Swahili Day 2018

Swahili Day is a day that has been set aside by the school, every year to celebrate the Kiswahili language and culture of the Swahili people. This year marks eleven years since the start of these celebrations.

Strengthening ties between Academies

Six teachers participated in the second exchange programme between AKA Hyderabad and AKA Mombasa, conducted in March 2018.

MYP Residential Service Learning Celebration

On Saturday 28 April from 9:30-10:30 am the year 10 Residential Service Learning students will be sharing their experiences exhibition-style on Tamu Balcony. All are welcome. 

Swimming Champion: Nothing Comes Easy

Hilda Wambui, a year 6 at Aga Khan Academy Mombasa, won 3 medals in South Africa this year.
