To combat the impact of COVID-19, the Aga Khan Academy Maputo decided to make the transition to online learning on 23 March 2020. Even before President Nyusi’s announcement about school closures, teachers were preparing their students to learn at home. One of these students is Ana Miambo from Maputo.

Many educational institutions have transitioned from in-person to online learning, which requires students to adapt to a new learning environment. Michael Spencer, Head of Academy at the Aga Khan Academy Maputo, has stated that it is interesting and challenging to navigate through the current pandemic and its implications.

We would like to share a few measures to keep abreast in order to tackle COVID-19
