The guests were accompanied by the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) Mozambique Representative Adjunct Rui Carimo and welcomed by the Head of Academy Roy White.

From pioneering the addition of the International Baccalaureate (IB) e-assessment in Kiswahili when she was the Middle Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator at the Aga Khan Academy (AKA) Mombasa, Esther has now been a part of the introduction of Portuguese into the Middle Years Programme (MYP) at the AKA Maputo. As the current MYP Coordinator, Esther started working on this last year to ensure its success.
